Joe brings over fifteen years of evaluation experience across fine wine and rare spirits, with deep credentials in Bordeaux, Port, and Scotch single malt. Trained in London before relocating to Porto, he has authenticated bottles for several European auction houses and consulted on private collections across the UK and Iberia.
His evaluations focus on the details collectors care about most, fill levels, capsule integrity, label provenance, and the subtle signs that separate cellar-stored bottles from those that have travelled poorly. Calm, precise, and meticulous in his notes, Joe is the expert collectors turn to when they need a verdict they can stake an auction reserve on.
